	The screen contains two moving images: a single shot of clouds in a blue sky placed directly above another single shot of water flowing over a weir. The cloud density increases over time – a change which, while not identical, is created in the shot of the weir by changes in the sky above it. Both shots were taken in different places but are connected by the fact that they are images of two forms of the same substance, water.
