	Nocturnal Rêve-lations is an investigation into the realm of dreaming and how we manage stress and anxiety. Recurrent dreams are thought to be an expression of traumatic experiences that are re-created over and over with in the nocturnal landscape. There is the opportunity to use our unconscious experiences to manipulate or re-configure our diurnal lives and psyche. This piece is an expression of those common manifestations of recurrent dreams and those that have influenced my life. Our dreams are an extension of our biological topography that assist us in surviving the diurnal by simulating our past memories and re-working those experiences to find possible solutions for our imagined future. So why not let our unconscious help guide us?
