Description:
The piece investigate the ways society/state shapes the individual’s identity and teaches him/her from a very young age what kind of person he or she is supposed to embody and what dream he/she should have. The metaphor of the "golden cage" is here to represent how the materialistic and commonplace definition of comfort, security and happiness lure individuals and numb his/her ability to investigate his/her own identity.
